Here’s a classic lasagna recipe for you:

Ingredients: For the meat sauce: – 1 pound (450g) ground beef – 1 pound (450g) Italian sausage, casings removed – 1 medium onion, chopped – 4 cloves of garlic, minced – 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes – 1 can (14 ounces) tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons tomato paste – 2 teaspoons dried basil – 2 teaspoons dried oregano – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper For the cheese filling: – 2 cups ricotta cheese – 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped – 2 large eggs, lightly beaten – Salt and pepper to taste Additional ingredients: – 12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions – 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
