Despite Mr. Wings being a convicted criminal in the USA, Mr. Nwachukwu, believing in second chances, appointed him as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TMG USA. Unveiling Deceptive Actions However, the CEO was unaware of Mr. Wings’ illicit actions, including the creation of a similar entity, Ternary Media Group Africa (Pty) Ltd, in South Africa. Mr. Wings diverted funds due to TMG USA to this unauthorized entity, leading to financial discrepancies. Taking Legal Action Mr. Nwachukwu has initiated legal proceedings to address the fraudulent activities committed by Mr. Wings. This includes the diversion of ticket sales and unauthorized charges against TMG USA’s bank account. The CEO, backed by his legal representation from RAMS Attorneys, is determined to recover the misappropriated funds and hold Mr. Wings accountable for his actions.
