But now and then one misses the kind of food that brought us up and one that stands out for me is Kota or Sphatlho or Skhambane as some call it .however over the years how this ekasi treat is prepared has changed . Myself on the other hand I grew up eating panakota and now and then I make it myself at home here is how one would make panakota at home You will need : Ingredients 1. Bread 🍞 (not sliced bread)2. Peanut butter 3. Atchar4. Polony 5. Cheese 🧀6. Vienna Instructions You cut the bread in half then you cut the half in quarter. Then you hallow out the meddle , you apply peanut butter then you put Atchar the you place the Polony , cheese and Vienna then you close the whole thing with that hallowed piece of bread then voila! And for those that grew up eating normal Kota which is an ekasi vision of a burger then one would need the following : Ingredients 1. Bread 🍞2. Atchar3. Lettuce and cucumber (optional)4. Chips/fries 🍟5. Cheese 🧀6. Polony/beef petty (whichever you prefer)7.
