For years we were told that sleeping less, working longer hours and being constantly busy (hustle culture) was the formula for success. The busier you looked, the more successful you appeared. But something interesting is happening. People are beginning to question whether constantly hustling is truly worth it.

Many young professionals and entrepreneurs are choosing balance over burnout. They still want financial success, but they also want time for family, hobbies and their mental wellbeing. Success is slowly being redefined and no longer revolves around being available every hour of the day(hustle culture).

Social media also played a role in creating unrealistic expectations. It became easy to believe that everyone else was making millions, buying properties and achieving goals at record speed. In reality, many people were struggling privately while trying to maintain an image of success online.

Working hard will never go out of style, but perhaps exhausting ourselves in the process should. Maybe the future is not about hustling harder, but about working smarter and building lives we actually enjoy living.
