His qualifications speak for themselves — PhD, MNSc, BNSc, diplomas in Health Science Education, Health Services Management, and Labour Law — but what truly sets him apart is his impact beyond the classroom. He has trained and mentored 10 PhD and 19 Master’s students across countries like Ghana, Nigeria, Botswana, and Pakistan, shaping the future of mental health care globally.

Professor Leepile Alfred Sehularo, is a very dedicated person when it comes to his work as an academic. He always put his student first, he can work 7days a week ensuring that his student recieve response in time. He is very pessionate about psychiatry, he worked as a psychiatric nurse, he studied psychiatry as his speciality, he tought psychiatry to many students when he was a lecturer, he was a provincial mental health board member and He is currently a psychiatric hospital board member. When it comes to his personality, indeed he is a person with a good heart. He is driven by his motto ” Motho ke motho ka batho” he always give a helping hand and he always encourages everyone he meets to study further. He assisted many peole in different field of study with his research expertise. He always say “Ubuntu, Botho comes first” he always treat everyone young and old with total respect and care. Indeed he is one of the rare people.
