Nonhle Themba, a skilled media personality, has taken it upon herself to educate upcoming talents about the proper use of social media. She founded the Talent Coaching Academy, which focuses on providing invaluable training on how to use social media efficiently and effectively.
The academy is a game-changer, as it equips individuals who are looking to make a career out of Tv presenting, Acting, Public speaking, Modellling and Life Coaching with the essential tools and skills to utilize social media platforms to their advantage.
Social media is a powerful tool that can open doors of opportunities for aspiring talents. However, it can also be detrimental if not properly utilized. This is where the Talent Coaching Academy comes in, offering guidance on how to create engaging and impactful content, attract followers, and build a personal brand that resonates with the audience.
Nonhle Themba, the founder, has been in the media industry for over a decade, hence her vast experience and insights into the use of social media. With her expertise, she has successfully coached numerous individuals who have gone on to build successful careers through social media.
Nonhle’s journey to the top has not been an easy one. She has faced her fair share of challenges, through social media which led to a great loss of deals. However, she took accountability for her actions and turned the incident into a learning opportunity.
Instead of playing the victim, Nonhle took accountability of how she responded to social media people who were opposing her show “Nonhle goes to Hollywood” and also how she at that needed to be reminded of her walk with God that it was by God’s grace that she was able to achieve her merits on Unfollowed. She also realized that in the world of social media, one’s image is everything, and taking responsibility for their actions is essential.
Upon perusing this article, I proceeded to watch “Unfollowed” and was impressed by Nonhle’s current state of being, as well as her ability to bring about constructive change in the lives of these youths.
Hats off to Nonhle for owning up to her mistakes. However, it begs the question is the show designed to transform our perception of these individuals, or is it intended to uncover their flaws?
